Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional fees apply.

  • Express Shipping: Next day delivery available for orders placed before 12 PM. Additional fees apply

Event Registration and Ticket Confirmation

For any events, workshops, or classes offered by Hiking for Health, registration and/or tickets will be confirmed through email. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during the registration process to receive your confirmation and further details.

Return and Exchange Policy for Hiking for Health

General Return and Exchange Policy

At Hiking for Health, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your clothing or hiking gear, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition, with tags attached.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please bring the item to our store or contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.

  • Returns: To return an item, please visit our store with the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as clearance items or opened hygiene products, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Event Purchases

For purchases made for events hosted by Hiking for Health, the following policy applies:

  • No Refunds: All event ticket purchases are non-refundable.

  • Transfer of Funds: If you need to cancel your attendance, you may transfer your funds to a future event, provided you notify the event coordinator at least one week prior to the event date.

  • Future Event Coordination: The transfer of funds will be discussed and arranged between the event coordinator and the participant to ensure a smooth process.
